Welcome to Moultrie’s Lake Breeze, your home away from home located in the heart of Moncks Corner right off Main Street and 3 miles from Thornley Boat Ramp. The space Whether you are in town to enjoy some time on Lake Moultrie, visit family or attend a wedding this cute brick ranch will meet all your needs. This completely renovated 1550 sq ft home holds 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms that each contain a queen size bed. The living room is cozy as can be with a sofa and loveseat with reclining features. There is also a 55” Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite shows. The primary suite has its own bathroom, walk-in closet and Smart TV as well. The second bathroom is in the hallway to accommodate the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The home is equipped with a washer/dryer, all appliances and all the kitchen and bath essentials you would need to start your stay with us. There is ample parking in a roundabout driveway including a spot to park your small/medium sized boat. We ask that you don't park on the grass. This home is NOT pet friendly Please NO smoking or vaping - there will be a $500 fine for extra cleaning NO parties or events If you are in between selling, buying or renovating a home please ask for a long term stay discount (there may be required bi-weekly/monthly cleanings depending on length of stay) The home is located on a road that serves as the access to one of Lake Moultrie’s popular boat ramps and nearby neighborhoods. There will be increased traffic, especially in the summertime. We have the home professionally treated by a pest control company. You may see an occasional bug or mosquitoes with a change of weather but this is no indication of cleanliness. If you do see anything, it is a true inkling you are visiting the south! Guest access The entire home and fenced in backyard is available to the guests. Other things to note There are 3 steps with a handrail to enter the home from the front porch.
