Camper/RV in Cabo San Lucas

Please read through the description,before booking. Hi🌾, I'm Juan Pedro!If you are looking for something central and out of the ordinary, it will be ideal for you. Upon receiving you, we open the doors of our house, we are not a hotel, our property is rustic, simple and is growing. We offer a small but cozy and equipped space for you to have a nice stay . Ideal for one person or couple, not very fussy. The space It is an archaic mobile home measuring 3 * 8 meters, and 1.93 meters high from floor to ceiling. We have restored the floor of the kitchen and living room area, as well as renovated the bathtub area. But overall it retains its originality. The bed space has carpet and is smaller in height and has two steps to enter. The bathroom is located in the middle of the kitchen (separated by a door) and the bed area (there is no separation) as shown in the photos. It is open-air, so it is hot in the hot season and especially in the hours of strong sun. We are surrounded by vegetation, so there are insects, lizards, and mosquitoes. Please take this into account when renting. The property is shared with 3 other mobile homes, each with its own exclusive space. We have a workshop as neighbors so THERE IS MUSIC AND NOISE. Being in the Central Zone, THERE IS NOISE, as well as barking from neighboring dogs. Guest access The entrance to the property is private access, available to guests 24 hours a day. Other things to note 🧹You will not be charged for cleaning when you make your reservation. Please note that if you want cleaning during your stay, or to wash the linens, there is an extra charge. 🌳As it is under a tree, the tree releases resin that sticks to the shoes, so we recommend taking them off when entering the camper, to prevent the floor from becoming sticky. 🍃As with outdoor furniture, we recommend wiping the surfaces of the benches and table with a damp cloth before use to prevent dirtying your clothes when sitting. There 🐕may be barking from neighboring dogs. 🔨There are construction projects around so there may be some daytime noise.
