Bedroom: Queen platform bed, dresser, bedside tables, closet, ceiling fan, window A/C. Patio door opens to a small private deck w/stairs to ground level. The space As owner hosts, we take care to provide a space that guests look forward to retiring to; a clean and welcoming retreat, after a day of exploring all that Down East Maine has to offer. Guest access The whole apartment, private outside deck, and the downstairs entryway that stores: beach chairs, coolers, grill pans & utensils for the outside gas Webber grill. Other things to note You will find our loft stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, seasonings, oils, butter, honey, mustard, ketchup, mayo, steak and hot sauce. Also, four complimentary lobsters will be provided to guests who have booked a minimum of a 3 night stay. Should guests request additional lobsters, they will be offered at the current boat price, time and weather permitting. Fresh crabs may also be available at no charge.
