The space There is street parking along one side of the street and then a dedicated parking spot behind the house (not very big, though, so it would only fit a small to medium-sized car). The neighbor is grumpy and will call the cops to ticket you if you stick out into the alleyway. You will also need to make sure you don't block his driveway. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy :) Other things to note There is hot water. Not sure why the airbnb listing says there is not. I can't figure out how to update it.
