The space The apartment for a maximum of 6 people, in the basement of our single-family home, is located in Neuental-Zimmersrode, is 100 square meters and barrier-free. The 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom has a separate entrance. In the bedroom there is a 1.80 m x 2 m bed as well as a day bed which can be pulled out from 0.80 m x 2 m to 1.60 m x 2 m. Another sleeping place for up to 2 people is located in the very spacious living and dining room. Here you will find a flat-screen TV, a spacious sofa and a dining area with 6 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven with ceramic stovetop, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Basic items such as frying pans, pots, knives, etc. are of course provided. In the bathroom you will find a shower stall and a bathtub as well as 2 sinks. A small garden area with a terrace is at your disposal.
