This stylish place to stay is perfect for remote working and comfortable living. This home is situated among manicured gardens with full afternoon sun and sunset views. The house is both secluded and in the middle of a neighborhood. Very private. Located in the Carbonera neighborhood, it is walking distance to the beach, the river, the school and the only bar restaurant in the area. Central location for both going into Matapalo, heading to the Corcovado or short trips to Puerto Jimenez. The house is situated in the back corner of a 2 acres property of fruit trees and gardens. The home is open and spacious and has views over the gardens and off into the jungle tree line. You have access to the entire home and the gardens around the house. I am available remotely when I am not in the area and Gretchen manages on-site hosting. Please feel Free to reach out anytime. This home is in the Playa Carbonera neighborhood. It is located conveniently next to the school and soccer field, 200 m from the beach, and 100 m from Buena Esperanza, the only bar restaurant in the area. Friday nights there is a community meeting place at Martinas bar/Buena Esperanza. This is a small community and is becoming more kid friendly zone. We are about 16km from the nearest town and shopping, but for the matapalo area this is the zone with the most to convinces offered. There is plenty of parking next to the house and there is a closed gate that leads up the driveway. I leave it unlocked but it does block the view from the road and leaves privacy to the property The local bar restaurant has Friday night markets and Dj. This is the one night of the week that there is music in the area (150m away). That evening goes until midnight. We recently completed the second bedroom so there are two separate bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has a queen bed.
