TAMA apartment in the historic center of Syracuse

Comfortable and bright apartment recently renovated located in the historic center of Syracuse, equipped with every comfort for maximum relaxation. Consisting of: - a large double bedroom, - a living room with balcony, sofa bed for 2 people, - a bathroom with a large shower, - a kitchen with breakfast counter with stools. The location of the apartment is strategic and you can reach any point of tourist interest in the city in a few minutes on foot. The space I love traveling, culture, and art, and I have furnished my apartment to my taste and style, incorporating themes related to my interests. You can find tourist guides to some of the places I've visited, a turntable with vinyls of jazz music and Italian music from the 60s, for an eternally vintage heart like mine. I love good food, music and I like to experiment and try new things; I love meeting people from different cultures as I firmly believe that the encounter with diversity enriches the mind and soul. Guest access the whole apartment Other things to note The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. No bidet. The apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed for two. If the reservation is for two people, only the double bed will be made available. If the preparation of the sofa bed is requested, an extra cost will be applied for the additional bed to be requested and agreed upon. When 3 or 4 people book, we prepare the sofa bed, the cost of which is already included in the rate for 3 or 4. The tourist tax, as per the regulations of the Municipality of Syracuse, is determined per person and per night and is equal to 4% of the cost of the night, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights.
