It can accommodate 1-2 children with their parents. Convenient off-street parking & access to smart EV charger (at additional cost). 5mins to local stores, fish & chips, cafe, park & leisure centre, & ASDA. Access to full kitchen with dedicated spaces incl in fridge. Woods & fishing pond 5mins away. The space Includes a private large size room and private large size bathroom in a 4 bedroom semi detached house in Tadworth. The guest’s bedroom and bathroom are located on the 2nd floor while I live with my wife and son on the 1st floor, hence both guests and my family have privacy even though within the same house. The room also has two double door fitted wardrobe, a work desk with chair and a lot of space to move around. For guests’ convenience, linens, towels, napkins, dettol wipes, a standing fan, a portable heater, hangers, room freshener, etc are all provided. Guest access The guest(s) will have their private room and private bathroom on 2nd floor. The guests will also have access to the kitchen where they will be provided with a dedicated shelf space and space in the fridge complimentary. Guests can have access to the utility area on request. Guests can also access the back garden which has a slide and a basketball hoop for toddlers. During your stay I live with my family in the house so happy to offer any kind of assistance which guest(s) may require. Other things to note 1.Please help in keeping the house clean as I have little kids. So please do not wear outside footwear in the house and clean your footwear if in case it gets muddy. 2.Kindly avoid wearing any footwear in the carpeted area. We wear socks on 1st and 2nd floor which keeps our feet warm and carpets clean. We wear slippers only for the ground floor as it has hardwood floor. 3. Please keep the dining table clean and kitchen hob clean after every use. We have kitchen towels or tissues in the kitchen if required. 4. One bottle of toilet bleach is given in case required for toilet cleaning. 5. Please switch off the room heater when you are going out somewhere.
