Welcome to 'Yeldside Studio', situated on the outskirts of Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire. This modern studio apartment is newly finished to a high standard. Fresh and spacious, the studio is complete with a double en-suite bedroom, cosy living space, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities with designated parking on premises. Adjacent to our home, guests will enjoy the entire space to themselves, with a private access and flexible self check-in. The space 'Yeldside Studio' offers a private stay, self-contained on the outskirts of town. The space provides a peaceful retreat, surrounded by vast countryside and quaint towns. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is furnished with all amenities. The kitchen is complete with an oven, hob, sink, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, cooking pans and utensils are provided. The living space boasts a large comfy corner sofa with pouf, furnished with a multitude of cushions and throws. A Smart-TV is mounted in the open plan space. Dining area is complete with table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe with hangers. Bed linen is provided and a blackout blind ensures a restful night. The en-suite has a shower, toilet and hand basin. Basic toiletries and towels are included. Utility room is equipped with washer-dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, brush and mop. The space includes coat hooks and space to store shoes. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are also located in this space. Guest access Guests will be given a designated parking space to be used for the duration of the stay. Parking is located on the drive of our home, adjacent to the accommodation. The parking space is to be agreed with the host prior to arrival and can be used for one vehicle only. Entry to the studio is entirely separate to our home, offering complete privacy during the stay. A key safe on site provides easy and flexible self check in. The studio apartment is located on the first floor and thus guests are required to climb a flight of stairs to gain access. Staircase is equipped with handrail. Other things to note Hosts reside next door to the property and whilst we are very friendly and sociable, we respect the privacy of our guests.
