Located at The Venice Luxury Residences - Bellini Tower, 7th Floor, Mckinley Hill, Taguig City and with exclusive link to Venice Grand Canal Mall. We poured our passion and creativity to come up an elegant and homey suites with a view of the Upper McKinley Road. Our goal is to make every corner of our suite very functional and your favorites. The space We poured our passion and creativity to come up an elegant and homey suites with a view of the Upper McKinley Road. We prepared an aesthetic balcony where you can sip some coffee while reading our available books. The living area consists of a 2-seater sofa matched with a golden nest table and a side table lamp. We really tried our best to make our living area functional and aesthetic. Our dining area could accommodate at least 2 seaters with complete utensils and basic kitchen appliances. A double-sized bed is ready serve its purpose to comfort our guests after a long tiring day & a readily available vanity corner for touch ups is ready to accommodate you. Sleeping arrangement, 2 guest on main bed & 2 guests on double size floor mattress. A working nook is also available across the vanity corner so you will be more comfortable if you opt to work in the suite. Building Restriction for No. of Guests Maximum guests allowed by the building is 3 guests including visitors but if you’re booking for 4 guests, we can arrange it with an additional fee via airbnb app. We will declare the 4th guest on our other unit in the same building/tower (note that this is for registration purposes/internal only) PS: STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF BOOKING! NO REFUND Our unit is not a hotel DON’T LOOK for something that you can only find in a HOTEL. Press 3 for the Amenity Level. - Swimming Pool (7AM to 10PM ; Tuesdays to Sundays)) - Fitness Gym - Badminton Court - Tennis Court - Massage / Spa Room (bring your own therapist) - Playground - Business Center - Library (bring your own prefered book - Audio Visual Room (AVR) B. Exclusive Access to the Venice Mall from the Condo Use the Amenity Elevator located at the Lobby. Press 2 for Mall Access. Venice mall opens at 11AM. **Kindly approach the receptionist for booking / schedules. Netflix & YouTube available, No local channels **For Netflix, this is being shared with our other guests. In case for interruptions, you can log in your personal netflix account. Please make sure to sign out upon check-out. Other things to note Check-in is strictly at 3PM. Parking available options (if needed for 2nd Car): Mckinley Hills Parking Option 1 - Street Parking - 60 pesos for 4hrs + 20 for succeeding hour Option 2 - Venice Mall Parking - 50 pesos for 3 hrs + 20 for succeeding hour - Overnight 170 pesos (9pm to 10am) - Can access Mall Hours Only - 5 mins walk Option 3 - Covered Parking at the Back of Two World Square (Violet Building) - 50 pesos for 3 hrs + 20 for succeeding hours - Overnight 170 pesos (9pm to 10am) - 24 hrs Open (Can access any time) - 5 mins walk Disclaimer: Please note that our suite is located in a condominium building. As such, there may be instances—though rare—when nearby units conduct repairs or renovations that could cause some noise. These activities are permitted only during the designated hours of 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays. We appreciate your kind understanding.
