Welcome to a bird's eye view of Chester from the Gingerbread Apartment. The third floor of this historic 1889 Queen Anne Victorian style farmhouse provides peace and privacy for your stay. Situated in a park like setting on 2 acres, downtown Chester is a five minute walk. There is private access via an outdoor/indoor staircase- 3 flights of stairs. Parking on site. Quirky, clean, quiet. 2 AC window units The space There is a bright and sunny kitchenette with a microwave and small refrigerator/freezer as well as a small table for dining. There is a sink and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Your bedroom has a queen bed and sloping ceilings- very cozy! The front room looks over town and has a single bed as well as a queen size futon couch and television. The third bedroom has a double bed and sitting area. The space is quirky due to the age and style of the house, but very comfortable and functional. You are welcome to use the porch overlooking town as well as the yard. Guest access The apartment is on the third floor of the house. It is accessed by a set of exterior stairs and then a set of interior stairs. The space has a key code pad for entry. Other things to note You may be greeted by our sweet, but lazy Great Pyrenees named Luna. Parking is near the street lamp in the yard with the airbnb parking sign hung on it.
