Just a quick 5 minute drive to the beach, our charming two bedroom cottage has a fully fenced backyard complete with a screened in back porch, outdoor patio area and shower to rinse off after a sandy day soaking up the sunshine. Whether you head to the beach or bring your bikes to explore nearby Downtown Jensen Beach, The Surf Cottage is the perfect retreat to come home to. The space You’ll adore this mid-century modern styled home with lots of nooks to cozy up in. The mature trees out front create a picturesque setting and natural light pours in the many windows of the cottage. It has 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen) with spacious closets and in addition to the living room is an extra sunroom. The cottage’s appliances include all full size: washer, dryer, refrigerator, dish washer and microwave as well as a screened in back porch and additional outdoor patio area. Downtown Jensen Beach is just .5 miles away filled with various restaurants and, of course, Thursday night’s Jammin Jensen (the town’s weekly mini-festival of local artists’ displays, music, vendors and family entertainment)! Lots of dining options and stores are available within walking distance including Publix, CVS, Walgreens, etc. Guest access Entire property excluding the garage space. Other things to note * NO SMOKING allowed on the property, both indoor and out. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc. Any sign of smoking will lead to immediate cancellation of stay without refund and $300 charge for smoke damage.
