Welcome to our spacious country home located in the heart of Tennessee walking horse country! Located 11 miles or 17 min travel time from Cooper Steal Arena. This beautiful home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, making it the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends. The home is set on a large, picturesque property that offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Inside, you'll find plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home. The space The house's interior features ample space for relaxation and entertainment, with cozy living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and linens, ensuring guests' good night's sleep. Note: This is a main residence so there are personal effects included in the decoration. Step outside and enjoy the beautiful Tennessee scenery while taking a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool. The pool area is your private oasis for relaxation and fun. Located in the peaceful countryside, this home offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, it's just a short drive to nearby attractions such as Cooper Steal Arena formally known as The Celebration, Nearest Green Distillery, Future Home of Tennessee Downs, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Lynchburg, and Bell Buckle's charming shops and cafes, and the lively music scene in Nashville. Guest access We welcome you to enjoy our entire home during your stay. You'll have access to all the common areas, including the living room, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor spaces. Other things to note We invite you to enjoy our pool during your stay, but we kindly ask that you observe the designated safety rules. NO PETS ALLOWED in the pool. If a pet access the pool and the liner is ripped It will be your responsibility to pay for a replacement and all installation costs. Please also note that children are not permitted to use the pool without adult supervision. It's essential to always practice safe swimming habits, including keeping an eye on children and refraining from diving or running around the pool area. We want you to have a fun and relaxing time during your stay, and we believe that observing these rules will help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
