New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent out our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking opportunities in summer and winter. In the winter you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go out into the cross-country network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the downhill slopes in Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will reach fine sandy beaches at Totak. Several hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity The space The cabin is centrally located in Rauland with regard to varied activities in summer and winter. The cabin has parking space for 3 cars on its own plot Guest access Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and moccamaster. Tiled bathroom with rain shower and washing machine. Sunny terrace with covered entrance and facing south. Outdoor furniture and fire pit on the terrace. When using a fire pan, it must always be placed on gravel, not on the terrace and at least 2 meters from the cabin. Possibility of electric car charging for a fee according to the current electricity price + grid rental. This is our private cabin and we therefore have some private things in drawers and cabinets. These are marked private. Feel free to use coffee, spices, toilet paper and soap. We appreciate that you refill when empty. The storage room is locked for storage of private items. Other things to note The cabin has 4 bedrooms and an attic room with a sofa bed. There are 10 duvets and pillows in the cabin. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them for NOK 120 per person. Specify when booking if you want to hire bed linen/towels Room distribution Bedroom 1: 150x200 bed Bedroom 2: 150x200 bed Bedroom 3: 150x200 bed Bedroom 4: 140x200 bed + 80x200/160x200 Visitors clean and vacuum after themselves. Cleaning can be ordered for NOK 2,500. If cleaning is not sufficiently completed, guests will be charged a cleaning fee of NOK 500 per hour. If keys are not placed in the key box after the end of the stay, a fee of NOK 500 will be charged.
