This 1- bed apartment, has a large private covered outdoor dining area with sea view. Located on a peaceful 10 acre plantation, surrounded by rolling fields of sugar cane. A Beautiful 40 ft shared saltwater pool with barbecue area and additional shared dining covered area. The property is connected to walking trails through sugar cane and jungle ravines. Only a 7 minute drive to the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil property. The space Newly restored apartments with high ceilings, dining decks and west coast sea views. Located on a 10 acre farm. Wake to morning doves and fall asleep to the wind in the sugar cane and whistling frogs. Or take a woodworking or writing class during your stay... Very very peaceful setting. Guest access Guests can walk around the yard, hike through the gully and use the 20’ x 40’ shared pool, barbecue and dining area up beside the old mill. There is a large fire pit that makes a great spot for star gazing Other things to note Please note we do not allow children under 10 as the deck railings are not child safe. we are located on a ridge and cool breezes blow at night. A $15USD /per 12 hour fee must be paid for use of air conditioning ($30USD for 24 hour use) and a $100 security deposit must be paid upon check in. And will be returned through Airbnb within 24 hours of check out. As well free weekly access is given to our laundry room, extra access is $20usd/day Please note we do NOT allow Third party booking - the person who books must be the person who checks in. To protect the tranquility for other guests, we do not allow parties. We do however issue day passes for pool area only (8am-5pm) at $20usd/person should you want to host any additional friends during these hours on the property. Limit of 2 per paying guest. Also note that the house is surrounded by a working sugar plantation so while evenings and morning are quiet and serene during the daytime there can be noise from the farm - tractors , field workers, and repair work in the barn. And lastly please leave the unit as tidy as you found it and toss garbage in bins at east driveway. —- Enjoy!
