Welcome to our self contained guesthouse in Branyan. Gated property on a very quiet and peaceful street with garaged parking available. Unlimited NBN wifi and two smart TV's provide entertainment as necessary. Close to airport, hospitals, university and 10 minutes to CBD. The space The facilities include a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bedroom and lounge / dining area. Other facilities include aircon, ceiling fans and iron and ironing board. Portacot and other child related items are available. Guest access Property is attached to the main house but is completely separate for access and living. Other things to note Local tourist attractions include the Bundaberg Sugar and Rum Distillery Tours, Lady Musgrave Island, Bargara Beach and Burnett Heads, Mons Repos Sanctuary and Botanical Gardens. Please note that some tours are seasonal.
