Set in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors, on the outskirts of the charming village of Lealholm. 2 Hilltop Cottage is a characterful, rural retreat, ideal for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. Lealholm (approx 1 mile away) offers a village shop, pub, cafe and train station. Places to visit nearby include: Whitby, Runswick Bay (Britains best beach 2020), Dalby Forrest with miles of cycle routes and Grosmont the home of the North Yorkshire Moors railway. The space The cottage boasts a cozy living room with wood burning stove, small kitchenette (2 ring hob, mini fridge, microwave and toaster), bathroom and a map room perfect for planning walking or cycling routes. Upstairs opens up to a generous double bedroom featuring a vaulted ceiling, king sized bed with double aspect windows, allowing guests to take in the surrounding countryside views. Guest access There is off road parking, with a space solely for the cottage (see image attached). Other things to note INSTA: 2hilltop_cottage Smart TV has apps such as ITV Hub, BBC IPlayer, Channel 4 etc along with Netflix & Amazon Prime being available (Relevant accounts required to access them). NOTE: There is no Freeview Signal, all channels accessed through the smart TV. The closest petrol station is approximately 1 mile away, situated in the village. Due to the rural location of the cottage, Wifi may occasionally be unreliable.
