Small cozy guest room

This tiny guest room is located in the former commercial part of a large Husmann thatched-roof house. The space In the small approx. 5 sqm chamber there is a bed, a small wardrobe and a small dresser, as well as a large TV, but it only offers a program via an Apple TV or a device you bring with you. In winter, the room can be heated via a cozy infrared heater. There is a small semicircular stable window in the front garden and the meadows behind it. On the other side, to the right and left of the entrance door, there are two small stable windows into the threshing floor — the common area of this part of the house, the former economic area. But the barn is more than a hallway. There is a stove and a large gate into the garden overlooking the horse meadows, but also a nicely covered beer bench on request. Several small chambers extend from the threshing floor. On the one hand, the shared shower room with central heating and a very reliable water heater. On the other hand, the kitchenette is also shared. If the living area is not rented out, you can also cook there in exceptional cases. There are various seating areas in the garden in summer. Other things to note We are not only in the middle of marsh, but also in a moorland area. Closer to nature, people in their own garden are perhaps still on forest and lake properties. Around the house live deer, pheasants and many species of birds, but also endangered species such as the grass snake and shrews. Not to mention many spiders and insects.
