Enjoy a carefree holiday in our holiday home with a lovely tropical view, swimming pool, sea view and a cooling breeze on the terrace. The accommodation is Centrally located and offers good free WIFI, a spacious parking lot, lots of privacy safety. The space Beach House Blenchi Piscadera is located on a secure resort with a shared swimming pool. The house has a wonderful tropical wind and several seating areas, including a large balcony with sea view and a beautiful sunset. Beach House Blenchi has 1 bedroom with a loft with a spacious bathroom with toilet and bath towels. The house is also equipped with linen, sufficient closet space and 2 air conditioning units. There is also a separate guest toilet. The living room has a dining table and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave / oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine for enthusiasts, a blender, a sandwich maker and a kettle. The house offers an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine and other useful household items as well. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and has wifi throughout. Electricity is 220 volts! The living room has a sitting area with a smart flat screen TV and more than 50 channels. The tropical swimming pool with sun terrace with outdoor shower and lounge beds is only a few meters away. Enjoy! Guest access All areas listed are accessible to guests. Beach House Blenchi is where the guests stay. The entree house is at your disposal. Other things to note When renting the house we ask for a deposit of €350,- euro.or 600 XCG Which is settled with 7% tourist tax and the water and electricity consumption at the end of your stay. Please note: Water and electricity are very expensive on the island, with normal use take into account +- 6 euros per day. If we increase the prices with an average, the use will only increase. For car rental we can use a partner if it goes through us you don't have to arrange anything pick up from the airport and drop off are also included in the price.
