The space 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. **Bedroom 3 is a loft open space with no door that has 2 twin beds, one is a trundle.** Room darkening curtains in all sleeping areas. Bathroom with washer and dryer. Full kitchen and dining area. Cozy living room with smart tv. Enclosed entryway with coat hooks, boot mats and place for skiing equipment. Covered side porch for relaxing. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS—the neighbors are all close friends. Violation will be subject to additional pet fee for deep cleaning and/or removal from the property. Guest access Private unit in duplex with long term renter in other unit. Two entrances with keypads for entry. Parking located on north side of home, please park in single file. Other things to note Please note: Not suitable for toddlers due to open staircase. Home is older and floors can get chilly in the winter--please bring slippers! Renters need to be 25 years of age or older. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!
