The unit is furnished with brand-new decor, modern amenities, and cool hues: everything you need for a relaxing stay. A fully-stocked kitchen and spacious refrigerator make it easy to whip up meals in the comfort of your space. A washer and dryer are available for hassle-free laundry. Spend your evenings catching up on your favorite shows thanks to high-speed internet and a flat-screen television. POOL REGISTRATION: Registration is via email which we need to send 24hours before use. After emailing, guests need to reregister on the front desk. Please inform us at least 1 day before use if you need to use the pool. Same day registration is subject to availability. Pool Location: 5th floor Extra Fees (please make sure to keep the receipt): 1st-3rd guests (adult and children) - Free of charge 4th - (adult and children) - With P300 fee each guests per day POOL SCHEDULE: 8am-9pm, Tuesday to Friday only. Every Monday, the pool is closed for maintenance. Access on on weekends and holidays are not available to guests due to these are reserve only to unit owners and tenants. ACCESS TO GYM is NOT AVAILABLE AS PER PROPERTY ADMIN. Visitors are not allowed to use the amenities. Other things to note LARGE EQUIPMENT: Large equipment must be reported to us ahead to request for a gatepass from the admin who are open from Monday to Friday only at 9am to 4pm. (Their office is closed during holiday and weekends.) Late request or same day request will not be accepted. Medical equipment such as hospital bed (except wheelchair) are not allowed in the property. WIFI AND UNIT NUMBER: The unit number and wifi login will be sent 1 day before check-in. GUEST'S AGE: 1 of the guests who will stay until checkout needs to be an adult (18 years old and above). No check-in is allowed if all staying guests are below 17 years old, PARKING NOT INCLUDED: As there is no free parking provided, guests with vehicles are recommended to arrange parking services available at Uptown Parade or Uptown Mall. In Bonifacio Global City, parking fees cost around PhP50 for the first three hours though these may change without prior notice, so it is advisable to check with them before booking a parking slot. WASHER, NO DRYER: The unit has a washer with a spin-dryer. The spin dryer doesn't fully dry the laundries. Please use the hangers and clothes rack to dry your clothes. SMOKING NOT ALLOWED: Smoking inside the unit, as well as in the common areas, are strictly prohibited. This will have a penalty on the first offense of PHP20,000. TRASH: Trash collection is strictly between 9am-12pm and 5pm-9pm. For disposal outside these hours, please use the Basement 5 Refuse Room. Trash found in the hallway by building administration may incur a penalty of up to ₱12,000 or more. VISITORS: Visitors are allowed between 9 AM and 11 PM. The maximum allowed in this unit is 5 including visitors and guests. Overnight stays may incur a fee of ₱500 per night. TV: Netflix, local and international channels are not available but you login on the TV using your own account. Youtube is also available if you need to watch News. EXTENDING YOUR STAY: A ₱500 penalty applies on top of the total rate if you send the late extension requests after 9PM, on the night before checkout. To avoid this fee, please inform us early if you want to extend your stay.
