Elísìri A dream house, with aromatic scents. It still retains some of its original features that tell the story of those who lived there making it even more unique. Elísìri is located in the residential complex of Kala'e Moru overlooking the beautiful Geremeas beach, nestled in the enchantment of southeastern Sardinia. CIN: IT092051C2000R1727 The space The 77-square-meter house, borders on two sides with other private properties, separated by fencing. The space is divided into two levels. Of these, on the first level we find: a spacious veranda, where it has lived for more than thirty years, a lovely fleshy hoya, a climbing plant. Who's going in the lives of the guests present, delighting them with its spectacular blooms from the very delicate characteristic scent giving beauty! The spacious veranda offers comfortable seating around a small table to admire the Hoya and the view in front! Through the veranda you enter the house, where every window and French door, are equipped with comfortable retractable mosquito nets. We are welcomed the furnished living room, where there is a fireplace and a hot/cold air conditioner, overlooking a loft-style reading/relaxation area. On the same floor, there is a room with a bunk bed with a wooden ceiling. The kitchen overlooks the living room. Equipped with a gas stove, with four burners and an electric plate, in case the tank runs out. The gas oven cannot be used! A convenient microwave oven. A fridge with freezer. A single-bowl sink and dish drainer. Utensils for cooking comfortably, in the closet, cutlery, various utensils and textiles in the dresser. The second level is accessed, by a few steps, a short hallway overlooking a bedroom with two single beds (which can become a double bed) equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, a bathroom (with shower), a room with a double bed also equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and a patio overlooking the garden. The house opens onto an enchanting terraced garden with 3 pitches with breathtaking views of the sea, equipped, during the summer, comfortable outdoor furniture to make the most of the place and the magnificent view. In the garden you can find a convenient outdoor shower (cold water) to rinse and cool off just climbed from the sea. Also outside there is the second bathroom, complete with shower, will only be usable if guests are more than three. The house offers two very convenient private parking spaces, free for our guests, covered by shading reeds. In private parking spaces, will be exposed the tubs for separate collection, according to the waste delivery schedule present in the kitchen and on the lids of the tubs. Guest access The outdoor bathroom will be accessible to guests, only if there are more than three adults. Other things to note The property there are several steps. The fence is not continuous. It's good to know that the garden, not being completely flat, may pose dangers for very young children and/or for guests with mobility difficulties. The umbrella in the large pitch must be closed if there is wind that could damage it. Always close it every night! So the next guests can enjoy it as much as you!
