Idyllic vacation home near lake: nature&fireplace

Our idyllic cottage on the lake offers peace and relaxation in the midst of nature. There is a private terrace where you can enjoy the beauty of nature. There is also a fireplace and a fireplace. Here you can both relax and do a lot. As a fisherman you have just as much fun as a cyclist or hiker in the forest or on the numerous trails. The space The cottage is designed for four adult guests and offers them very comfortable accommodation. If you move closer together, you can accommodate up to six guests. In the bedroom there is a double bed with 140cm width, as well as a loft bed with 100cm. Two guests can snuggle on the folding couch in the living room. Additional mattresses and a baby crib are available. The kitchen is fully equipped and should anything be missing, we are happy to help out. The fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth even on the coldest winter nights. Electric heaters are also available. From the terrace you can see the hills and the lake. Washing machine and dryer are NOT available in the guest house, but can be used in the landlords' residence. Per machine we would like to have 25 sec for this - of course including detergent. On the private terrace there is seating and a barbecue, in the garden is a fireplace with benches and tables. There is a sauna in the garden with a cozy but powerful wood-burning stove. Four adults can lie down at the same time, but we have also been six adults and four children and still had enough space. The use of the sauna is not included in the rental price of the guest house but we charge SEK 200 for two people and SEK 50 per additional person. Towels and infusion oils are included. Guest access The guest house is rented exclusively. The residential house of the landlords is located on the same property - but it is "live and let live". Everyone can find their peace here - or even a nice conversation from time to time. The property is so large that you can easily get out of the way. Other things to note Fresh bed linen and clean towels are included. Toilet paper, shampoo and similar items are available for the first one or two nights, but should then be replenished. In general, we find a solution for everything - you just have to talk to us! :-) Depending on the season, we offer guided tours by quad bike or snowmobile (subject to a charge). Two bicycles for adults and several bicycles for children can be rented. We also offer fresh eggs from our tame free-range chickens.
