Please inquire for more details. 2 week minimum stay The space ♦️500 sq ft, Ideal for 1- 2 people, maximum of 3 people if you need to make use of the pull-out couch. ♦️House has security surveillance monitoring sound and motion on property at all times. ♦️Private front door entry with access code for easy self check- in ♦️Sleeping arrangements are 1 full size bed, a twin size bed and a fold out couch bed. ♦️Complimentary WIFI & Roku TV ♦️Portable Air Conditioner window unit stored in the closet. Guest access ♦️Entire unit to yourself, with the exception of the locked bathroom closet, used only by the cleaning services. ♦️Designated parking space in the driveway, please keep to the left lane. The right lane will be used for unit #1 Other things to note ♦️Guests are responsible for handling trash respectively, indoors and outdoors. Bags can be put in the garbage containers located by the house or taken to the curbside on Thursday mornings for pick up. ♦️NO SMOKING ♦️NO PETS ♦️NO WEAPONS ♦️NO events or parties in home ♦️ No unapproved guests ♦️For our rental records, All guests staying in the home must provide picture ID prior to arrival. We also require exchange of phone numbers for safety reasons. Please note, if you are not comfortable with exchanging phone numbers, we are not comfortable with your reservation. ♦️If anything breaks or needs repair please share that information to hosts attention right away so It can be replaced or fixed during your stay and/or before the next guest arrives.
