Please note: The space This condo is only 10 minutes from the Cancun International Airport and located at the south end of the 15 mile long Cancun hotel zone. It has two swimming pools. The condo is located on km 18.7 of the Hotel Zone and has one of the best beach on the strip. When you rent this unit you are renting directly from a group of owners. ONE CLEANING ONCE PER WEEK (no cleanings on 3 rentals. Condo is delivered clean and the exit cleaning is included in the rate). The bus runs in front on the condominium all the time and the bus stop is right in front. Bars, restaurants, shopping centers and night life are are about 15-20 minutes away on the bus. Guest access You also have access to the tennis court. Please note that the restaurant and the pool bar are run by the hotel and not the condominium. THE CONDOMINIUM IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY FROM YOUR CONDO. Other things to note The hotel zone is a single street, no matter where you stay you need to take the bus. We have 6 miles of a single street with many shops , restaurants and, grocery stores .
