The Lake House at The Bay Resort Filey

2 bedroom meadow lodge ideal for 1 or 2 couples Kingsize with shower ensuite Double with shower ensuite 1 dog welcome In a quiet setting overlooking the lake The space The Lake House is situated on the new Meadows Development, a beautiful location with deck facing one of the lakes with ducks and other wildfowl. Enter through the side door into the hallway. To the left is the living space, with corner kitchen with all the appliances you'll need. There's a dining table for 4, and further living space. The living area, with long sofa, armchair, coffee table, smart TV, with bifold doors. The large bifold doors open onto the enclosed deck with seating, ideal for watching the local wildlife or relaxing with a drink. Down the hallway, there are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, smart TV and ensuite wet room, and the second bedroom has a double bed, with ensuite shower room. The lodge benefits from its own parking bay and more parking nearby. We allow 1 well-behaved dog Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and also any amenities and activities offered by The Bay Resort Filey (charges may apply for some booked activities). You will have access to free parking on the resort. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all free to use (subject to availability). No refunds are made if any resort amenities are closed/unavailable. Other things to note Parking is on a first-come first served basis and therefore we cannot guarantee a space directly outside your accommodation unless the property has its own space - please ask if unsure from the description. There is on resort support via reception most days 9am-5pm and security overnight 7pm to 6am usually. The Bay is a very dog-friendly resort but XL Bullies and banned breeds are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead/under control and grounds are generally open so this is not the place if you need an enclosed private garden.
