This house is 12 minutes from downtown Conway and about 20 minutes from Downtown Little Rock. Only about 3 minutes off of I-40. The space This is a lake house on a fishing lake, but it is currently drained. You will have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and a living space which includes a desk if you need to get work done. You will have a BREATHTAKING VIEW of Lake Conway (even though it is drained. and will get to enjoy the spacious porch, fire pit, and bbq charcoal grill. Covered parking for 2 vehicles. Can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Guest access The whole property as well as the dock. Enjoy the 2 kayaks as well as a bbq grill located in the shed.
