The space This elegant apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with a Queen Size bed (2 people) + Queen Size sofa bed (2 people), which easily accommodates 4 people inside the apartment. It also includes sheets, covers, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen includes: sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and cups, pots and table. The bathroom has a shower, hot water service, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Includes among others: Smart TV and RoKu system, WiFi, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and closet with shelves. Parking is based on availability in front of the same building. Internet service is courtesy and is subject to the availability provided by our provider company. It has three floors, with two apartments per floor, for greater privacy. The area is residential and very safe for our guests. Upon arrival at the building, you will find the Main Door with the lockbox where the key that allows access to the building and the corresponding floor is kept, and this is obtained through a security code provided after formalizing the reservation. As an additional common area, in the backyard, there is a large living room, where you can find garden furniture and plants that make it ideal for reading a book or spending time with friends. All common areas have bars and locks. The facilities have parking right in front of the building depending on its availability. Other things to note Internet service is a courtesy provided according to the service's availability from the supplying company. Our facilities are connected to and depend exclusively on Puerto Rico's public electricity, water, and sewerage services. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these public services does not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. We expect all our tenants to maintain a high level of responsibility and commitment, both to their behavior in the building and apartment, as well as to the items and the property itself, for which they will be fully responsible. In the end, the parties that have booked with payment and formalization acknowledge and accept all points and restrictions. The reservation will be charged in full at the time of formalization. The safety and well-being of our guests is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we reserve the right to demand full responsibility for the use of the apartment by the guest. We remind you that pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed in the premises, and parties or activities are not allowed in the apartments or common areas. Any violation of these rules will result in a minimum penalty of $250.00
