Cozy house with a nice forest and a view of a sea inlet. The lower part has an ideal place for board games, the living room has comfortable and spacious armchairs in front of a large window. The dining room is for 8 people sitting comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and integrated. 70% of the house is made of recycled materials from a shed, and with typical Chiloé tiles. The view is beautiful and changes with the tides. It is 40 min from the airport, 50 min from Castro, 40 min from Chacao The space It has a large Chiflonera to leave coats, parkas, shoes and boots. On the first floor the space is open and very spacious. On the second floor there is a large distribution hall where there is a very nice sofa to rest or read. It has two bedrooms with 2 trundle beds and a full bathroom, plus the master bedroom en suite. Guest access The property has a very nice forest for some walks and a hill with a privileged view to visit. Other things to note It has a Hot Tub for 8 people that is not included in the rental price, if required, it is maintained at a temperature of 40º by a person in charge.
