The dining room is for 8 people sitting comfortably The kitchen is spacious and integrated. 70% of the house is with recycled materials from a shed, and with typical Chiloé badgers. The view is beautiful and changes with the tides. It is 40 min airport, 50 min Castro, 40 min Chacao The space It has a wide Chiflonera to leave coats, parkas, shoes and boots. On the first floor the space is open and spacious. In the second floor it has a large layout lobby where there is a very nice couch to rest or read. It has two bedrooms with 2 trundle beds and a full bathroom, plus the en-suite master bedroom. Guest access The property has a very nice forest for some hikes and a hill with a privileged view to visit. Other things to note It has a Hot Tub for 8 people that is not included in the rental value, if required, it is kept at the temperature of 40º by a person in charge.
