Casa Arriba Village House in Zarra

Casa Arriba is situated on the edge of the quaint village of Zarra, which is nestled in the Valencian hills. The house is large enough to cater for a group of family or friends and cosy enough for two. It is a short walk from the village square where you will find a couple of bars and a shop, there is also a van that sell vegetables that comes on Wednesday and Saturday, that will meet all your immediate needs. The house is ideally located for a quiet escape and enjoyable walking routes. The space The house has 4 bedrooms 2 of which have en suite bathrooms plus a family bathroom on the ground floor and sleeps a maximum of 8. On the ground floor you will find a cosy lounge with TV with a firestick with youtube and Pluto TV (or you can bring your own firestick), kitchen dining area. There is also a separate dining room off the lounge which can seat 6 people. Off the kitchen there are patio doors leading to the outside courtyard and another door leading to the bathroom, stairs to the upper floor and a downstairs bedroom with kingsize bed. Another door leads to the covered outside dining area. On the upper floor you will find the recreation room with sofa, table tennis table, a TV with a Wii games console and chromecast player to stream to. At the top of the stairs off to the right through a metal door is the roof terrace with lovely views of the surrounding hills and a small dining table and retractable shade, ideal to sit and have a drink and relax. The first of the upstairs bedrooms is accessed via the recreation room. It is a double room with en suite bathroom. It is adjoining a twin bedroom separated via a curtain which has 2 single beds. Through another door is the 2nd stairway that leads down to the entrance hall of the house, directly across the stairway is the final double bedroom with en suite shower room. Heating is provided by electric wall radiators, mobile electric radiators and wood burning stove in the lounge. Other things to note There is no live TV reception but a firestick with youtube and Pluto TV is provided downstairs, and upstairs there is a chromecast in the TV for streaming content from compatible apps on your phone such as youtube.
