The space The apartment, completely renovated in 2022, consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), 3 sleeping areas (90 x 190 cm) in the living room (2 sofa beds), a fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher and microwave/grill, an induction hob, a large refrigerator and storage cabinets including a cookware set, a TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Hallway with plenty of storage. Bed linen and bath linen are included. The apartment has a reserved indoor parking space. We would appreciate it if you could leave the apartment as clean as when you arrived. Someone on site will welcome you to hand you the keys and show you the residence upon your arrival. Paid Wi-Fi is available. Otherwise, we recommend sharing your network via your phone. The signal reception is excellent due to the proximity to the antenna. Guest access The residence is reserved for pedestrians. Large underground parking with a reserved space for the apartment is included in the rental rate. Luggage drop-off is tolerated (max. 20 min.) near the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
