If you want to experience the vibrant life of the city up close, Casa Alvada situated in the trendy “Neustadt” district is the perfect starting point. The apartment is only a 7-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The space The accommodation basically consists of four rooms, but two of them remain locked and cannot be used. Therefore, the entire rented accommodation consists of a spacious bedroom and a living room. The apartment has an old-fashioned standard and is therefore not suitable for luxury lovers. Please note that the apartment is kept in its original state, which means that the toilet and kitchen are somewhat rustic and old-fashioned. However, this uniqueness also gives the apartment its charming character and allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of past times. Below the apartment is the Bar Berlin, which can sometimes make it noisy.
