Free wifi and netflix, large tvs, comfortable bedding, a luxurious double lounge and fantastic decks with firepits. We provide essentials including nespresso coffee pods, tea and coffee, sugar, milks, and assorted condiments and spreads. For breakfast, we have a selection of cereals and muesli bars. Binge on Netflix whilst lounging on the amazing double lounge, in front of the 65 inch tv. Enjoy meals on the private deck alongside the beautiful privacy screen of bamboo. Spend evenings relaxing on the front deck next to the firepit with your favourite beverage. Retire to the large Queen bedroom and continue to binge in bed on the 55 inch tv. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size Fridge and Freezer, Dishwasher and Microwave. There is a Nespresso Coffee Machine, Toaster, Kettle and Blender for all your breakfast needs. The large open plan lounge and kitchen is airconditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. There is also a modern Bathroom and an internal Laundry with a front load washing machine. There is a deck out the front with privacy screens and a firepit with firewood provided. The deck out the back has an outdoor dining table alongside a lush privacy screen of bamboo. We hope you love this place as much as we do! Guest access Key available via Lockbox Guests have the ONE BEDROOM UNIT to themselves. Guests do not have access to the Garage, Hall Cupboard or Second Bedroom at any time. Off-street parking is available for two cars on the dedicated parking pad. No parking on the grass or the driveway at any time Other things to note Netflix is logged in and available for your use. No cooking facilities. The oven & cooktop is not for guest use and we do not allow guests to bring their own cooking facilities.
