Private suite in Shap with separate entrance

We are in the heart of the unspoilt Eden Valley, and on the edge of a tranquil part of the beautiful Lake District National Park. Shap boasts many amenities and is only five minutes from the M6. There are many idyllic villages and hamlets to explore in the surrounding area with the market towns of Appleby, Penrith and Kendal only a short drive away. If you love walking or cycling, there are many amazing routes starting from our front door. The space Your stay will be in a lovingly rebuilt cow-byre dating from the 1800s, using local, reclaimed and sustainable materials wherever possible. Free off-street parking is next to the property. There is free WIFI available and good mobile signal in the village. Your breakfast will be self-serve continental. Drinks making facilities are also freely available in your room. Please let us know of any dietary requirements. Guest access Guests have a private self-contained space comprising of a bedroom with amenities, a bathroom and a hall. There is a lit private entrance with a key safe adjacent to a parking area. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the hosts' garden through the grey door in the wall to the left of the guest entrance to the BnB where there is seating and a small patio area. Wheelchair access by arrangement. During your stay We love to meet our guests when we are available and help you to feel at home and to make the most of you visit. We hope we can help you with any advice you may need on the local area. Other things to note Bicycles can be securely stored under cover by arrangement. A camp bed or travel cot are also available. Should you require either of these, there is a surcharge of £10 for bedding or you can bring your own.
