Down two steps is the main lounge/ dining room which is double height with a log burner and large window which previously provided access for the horse and cart.Behind the lounge is a bathroom and up a flight of stairs is the mezzanine bedroom with views over the rear patio, wildflower meadow, and small holding with its rescue hens. Guest access The farmyard is gated and loosely gravelled, parking is shared with the farmhouse and barn, there are two dedicated parking spaces for the property with a ev charger ( additional charge). A patio stretches along the front of the property for your sole use with a picnic table outside the bifold doors of the kitchen. The property is detatched for your sole use. Behind the building is a second patio with fire pit for the evening sun surrounded by naturalistic planting and fenced from the paddock which forms part of the small holding and is accessed separately by the owners and their two dogs. A separate outbuilding, the old pig sty houses recycling facilities a bbq and tumble drier which is available for your use.
