Large house on 6.5 ha of land with century-old trees. A playground for children. Ideal for family vacations or hosting courses. Located on the Milles Vaches plateau, classified as a starry sky reserve. Close to hiking trails, 15 minutes from all amenities by car and 35 minutes from La Bourboule (and its ski resort). On the ground floor: dining room, kitchen, toilet, and a large 30 m2 room. 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two double beds. 2nd floor: On the left side you will find 1 powder room, 1 bathroom, one bedroom with double bed, and one bedroom with two single adult beds (possibility of making a double bed). On the right, 1 toilet, one bedroom with two adult single beds (possibility of making a double bed), one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Some windows are still original (charming but to be handled with care) Outside 6.5 hectares of land (wood and meadow). There is a small stream, an orchard, and century-old trees, as well as a play area for children, garden tables and chairs, hammock. We provide families with a baby bed and high chair. The washing machine is in a room next to the barn, due to lack of space in the cottage. It is available only for stays longer than 4 nights, with access possible between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. For shorter stays, occasional use may be considered in case of emergency.
