You will have two ensuite double rooms in this comfortable & spacious villa. The space consists of the two ensuite rooms (both with private balconies), kitchen, living room, access to garden & swimming pool. The entire floor interior is yours and only the entrance will be shared with the host who lives in a self contained apartment on another floor. The space Our property is ideal for couples, families, groups of old friends or for solo travellers exploring Sri Lanka. We offer light and airy, fully-furnished ensuite bedrooms with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, hot showers, international universal electrical plugs and a private large balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. You'll wake up to the sound of big rolling waves and enjoy the stunning views and beautiful sunsets. Our guests at Anmar Villa will enjoy the full privacy of their ensuite double bedrooms and a huge garden with rolling lawns, swaying palm trees and shady spots, a private pool, cooking facilities and a top terrace with fabulous ocean views. If you reserve two ensuite bedrooms you will have the first floor of the villa, comprising of two ensuite bedrooms & bathrooms, with private balcony, kitchen, living room, access to gardens, pool and top terrace. Your group will be very comfortable in this relaxing space, the entire first floor interior is private and reserved for you. The villa it comes for your convenience with a caretaker (Eranga) who will be there for all your needs. He has his own outside living quarters. The Host lives in a self-contained apartment on the second floor and only share main front door access with the guests. We also we have Podi and Rocky, our adorable guard dogs. There is a WiFi router in the living room with an SLT fiber connection, providing 40GB per month (plus 80GB social media access on phones). However, the connection may be unreliable at times, especially during power cuts, and internet speeds can fluctuate, which is a common issue in Sri Lanka. To avoid downtime and ensure a smoother experience, especially for streaming videos, we recommend purchasing a mobile data package, as it is significantly cheaper than our fixed fiber connection.
