This little space right next to my house is on top of a hill overlooking Modbury. Open plan and full of rustic charm it’s perfect if you're stopping off for a short stay in Modbury to explore the beautiful South Hams, the South West Coast Path, the many stunning beaches, Dartmoor or attending a wedding. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a sofa bed, TV, wifi, shower/loo, kettle, toaster, microwave, single hob cooker, air fryer, fridge and space to stretch out and relax. The space ModburyLittleHome is a self-contained annex next to my house, part of a small terrace of houses, with a separate entrance. Inside you’ll find a rustic space that’s not dissimilar to an alpine lodge. It’s fully insulated with 2 heat sources and an extractor fan. In the summer it’s beautifully cool, while in the winter it’s warm and cosy. There’s a side door which is the main entrance but also French doors that open out to a very small outdoor sitting space and stunning views over the rolling South Hams. Facing south this is a gorgeous little sun spot in the afternoon and evening. There’s a parking space outside the property. ModburyLittleHome is open plan with a separate loo and shower. There’s a double sofa bed and 2 stools to sit at a small bar. You’ll find a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob cooker, air fryer, toaster, and every else you’ll need in kitchen area . There’s plenty of storage space for stowing cases and hooks for hanging clothes. This little space is next to my house and I come and go all day, but you’ll have complete privacy. It’s a beautiful little space where you can shut off from the world. In front of the house there’s a quiet lane and fields, behind footpaths across Modbury’s old battlefields. Modbury is a bustling town with lots to do, while around and about there are so many gorgeous places to visit from secluded beaches, to harbour towns to the vast expanses of Dartmoor. Guest access You’ll have private access to all of ModburyLittleHome. Other things to note I have dogs. They won’t disturb you but it’s worth noting if you have an allergy.
