The space The house offers a comfortable layout across two distinct areas. The main cottage features two inviting bedrooms, each boasting a luxurious King-sized bed. The heart of the cottage comprises a cozy lounge, a dining area perfect for meals, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well-appointed bathroom. Outside, you'll discover a spacious covered outdoor area, ideal for entertaining. It includes a BBQ, an outdoor dining setting for eight, and a comfortable lounge area, also accommodating eight guests. A pathway leads to the charming garden room, which houses a generous guest room complete with two double beds. This room also offers its own private bathroom and laundry facilities. For your comfort, it includes air conditioning, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The main bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a separate bath and shower. Additionally, there's an external bathroom with a shower, toilet, and laundry facilities. The pool and Spa are a highlight, both are heated however it is important to note as they are outside the effectiveness off the heat pumps are reliant of the ambient temperature and therefore do not perform well in the winter, they will take the edge of the chill but please do not expect the spa to get much hotter than 28-30 degrees during the winter months.
