This 4,000 square foot mountain retreat is an absolute gem! The spacious house was renovated in 2023. Offering the best vacation experience for one or more families that want to stay close to the Cuchara park/ski area with, 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, upstairs loft, and decks on all 3 levels. Kids love the slides off the lower deck, and game room with tv, air hockey and foosball tables. Excellent internet service that supports multiple people working remote and dedicated work spaces in 4 rooms. The space The house has a full kitchen and all of the essentials needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a full size refrigerator, washer and dryer. Main Level - The two story living room has a 75 inch smart TV and two sets of doors to the outside deck. The large, open kitchen has new quartz countertops, a new refrigerator and easy access to the outdoor grill. The main level bathroom also has quartz countertops and a new shower. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a king sized bed and one with a queen. All bedrooms have doors to the outside decks. Upstairs - The master suite has a private deck with a bistro table and 2 chairs for your morning coffee, or outdoor office. The all new master bath has quartz countertops, a huge shower and a freestanding soaker tub, perfect after a day of hiking. The loft area has ample natural light, and a puzzle table filled with puzzles for rainy day and evening activity. Lower Level - The game room has a 65 inch smart TV, a foosball table, and an air hockey table with a ping pong surface overlay. Two of the bedrooms on this level have queen beds, and the kids bunk room has 3 twin size beds with a dedicated play space for smaller kids. This level also has our hammock garden with 4 hammocks on the outside deck, perfect for an afternoon nap or for star gazing.
