Description
This Tudor cottage has a wood burning stove, newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and two spacious bedrooms upstairs overlooking the garden. The house contains many period features and you will be welcome to enjoy the garden with its flowers, fruit trees, bird life and beautiful sunsets. The surrounding area has many pretty walks and the cottage is situated 6 miles from historic Bungay, has easy access to the cathedral city of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and Suffolk Heritage coast. The space The cottage has many period features dating from its time as a Tudor farmhouse. There are two generous bedrooms with a twisting staircase and downstairs bathroom. The stairs may be unsuitable for the less able. The cottage is semi detached being attached to the main farmhouse which is the host’s family home. Guest access You will be able to enjoy the entire cottage with your own front door. The extensive garden with guest seating is shared with us but there is ample space for you to enjoy. We own two friendly dogs so for this reason we feel it is best not to accept other pets. Other things to note The cottage has steep stairs and the extensive garden contains yew trees and several ponds so you may feel this is not suitable for young children. The garden is a haven for wildlife and faces west for beautiful sunsets.
