The space License number: EH-66106-F The Room We offer a large, bright & peaceful room, with a double bed and shared bathroom, which is equipped with all essentials including a wardrobe and TV (Netflix only). The Flat Guests are welcome to use the bathroom and living room, however the second bedroom and kitchen are for private use. Things to note: - We are the second floor with no lift, roughly 45 stairs - Parking is free in the evenings and weekends but if staying during the week, you will need to pay through ‘Just Park’ - We are not in the absolute center of Edinburgh City, we are a 20 minute walk away - If arriving by train, Haymarket is much closer to the flat than Waverly If you have any questions, please send through an enquiry! During your stay Alex works from home several days a week, while I am usually in and out of the flat. In terms of interaction, we let you decide what looks like. If you would like to chat, join us in the living room or have a cup of tea together, you're more than welcome to. On the other hand, if you would prefer your own company and a quieter stay, that is perfectly fine too. We're very easy going! Other things to note Parking in Edinburgh can be difficult. We would always recommend arriving by public transport but if you are driving, please let us know before booking so we can best advise you on how parking works. 5:30pm Friday afternoon to 8:30am Monday morning (over the weekend) is free on a single yellow line. If you are staying during the week, the best option would be to download the app ‘JustPark’ and this will show you where you can park for longer periods - can be a bit expensive though.
