Amazing view - cottage close to Hekla and Hella

This is our cozy cabin (Lækur) in „Litli-Klofi“ with great views and beautiful surroundings. The cabin is very close to the famous volcano Hekla. It is only a 103 km drive from Reykjavik and 28 km from the town Hella. The cabin location is perfect for day-tours to see the best tourist attractions in South Iceland like Hekla, Landmannalaugar, Seljalandfoss, Thjofafoss and the Highlands of Iceland. Icelandic Registration: HG-00004568 The space The cabin has two rooms with one queen bed and one double bed. The Master bedroom has also child bed for young children (0-4). On the attic there is one mattresses with bed sheets. The bathroom has a good shower. The living room has a sofa and brand new 40“ TV. You will be able to watch Netflix and all best local TV channels on Apple TV. There is a good Internet connection in the cabin and there is also a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee, toaster and all necessary tools. Guest access Outside you can find a big wood terrace where you can relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings. There is also a large hot tub and storage rooms where you can find barbecue grill, two bicycles and another fridge. Additionally, there is a trampoline and a basketball court on the plot. Close to our cabin there is a soccer field. Our kids also love to play in the small stream but is shallow so no danger. Other things to note Hótel Leirubakki, Hótel Landsveit and Hekla Volcano Center is just 5-10 minutes from the cabin. Some of them have restaurant and offer horseback riding tours. Next town is Hella (20-25 min) which offer most amenities such as grocery shops, a bank, a tourist information center, restaurants, a pharmacy, a healthcare center, a swimming pool, car services and even a golf course.
