Maxi Liberation

This family home is ideally close to all sights and amenities. It is an ideal vacation spot without a car and almost on the water. The house has just been renovated for even more comfort. It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (there are already 2 steps to enter the house, others to access the terrace and the stairs are narrow (typical of the area)). The space Perhaps you have seen our ad about our house "Libération" located in the municipality of Grandcamp Maisy. "Maxi Libération" is the same house as "Libération" but with a "small house" located on the other side of the terrace. "Libération": It is a typical house of 91 m² with a sea view on all floors and just renovated, which is 150 m from the beach (supervised during the summer period) and its playground. It can accommodate up to 14 guests, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the living room, which is very bright due to its veranda; the kitchen is fully equipped, and this ground floor also has a laundry room and a toilet. A small staircase will lead you to the outdoor terrace that will delight you with its location (south-facing and not overlooked). This terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, a barbecue and for "back from fishing" comfort, a sink. Halfway up, you will find a first bedroom with 2 beds of 140 x 190. On the first floor, there is a second bedroom with also with 2 beds of 140 x 190, large closets and a desk. A bathroom with large double sink, multi-jet shower and toilet completes this level. On the second floor, you will have the privilege of having your suite including a 140 x 190 bed, a closet, a workspace, a toilet and a bathroom (sink and bathtub). All bedrooms come equipped with shutters or blackout curtains. "Little House": Located across the terrace, this house can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a ground floor, a kitchen equipped with dishes and appliances (oven, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave), a table and 4 chairs, a seating area with sofa, coffee tables, storage cabinet, television, toilet and storage closet. The 1st floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and there is a landing serving a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, its bedside table and lamp and a dresser. On the other side of the landing is the second bedroom with a sofa bed and a fabric cabinet with a wardrobe. A small shower room with sink adjoins the second bedroom. Our house has 2 private parking spaces and is ideally located because it is 150 m from the beach and playground and close to all amenities (butcher, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy...). The town of Grandcamp-Maisy is a winter and summer tourist town with its daily fish market, and its weekly market on Tuesdays. It borders the sea from east to west, making it a seaside village, a port village with its trawlers (visit to the port possible) and also has its sailing school with various services (sailing, paddle boarding, kite surfing course, aqua walking...). Swimming and fishing are also an asset for this town, but if you don't like fishing, no worries because several restaurants offer excellent products and to help with digestion, several tours are available to you (landing beaches, museum, Cotentin marsh, etc.). Depending on the time of year, various services are offered (carnival in May, landing in June, nautical festival in July, sailor festival in August, St. Jacques scallop festival in November). In Grandcamp Maisy, you will only be 30 minutes from Bayeux (famous for its tapestries) and 45 minutes from Caen and its airport. To offer comfort to parents of young children, we can provide the necessary items, i.e.: baby bed, high chair (Ikea), booster seat, potty, changing mat, bath seat for newborns and plastic dishes are already available. Notes: Bed linen and bath linen are not included in the rental rate. Only bathmats and dish towels are included. You will therefore need to add the surcharge for laundry costs when validating your stay. Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover and 2 pillowcases) is €19 per bed, otherwise the beds will only have a mattress pad and 2 pillows; for hygiene reasons, the duvets will be removed. Bathroom linen (one hand towel and one bath towel) is €8.50 per person. This service will be paid to us at least one month before your arrival by bank transfer so please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the accommodation except for a few cupboards dedicated to the concierge. Other things to note It should be noted that these are typical houses and therefore the stairs are quite narrow and spiral. Care should be taken with children (as with any staircase). Large suitcases should therefore be avoided.
