NO CLEANING FEE & NO CHECK OUT CHORES!! We have a total of 4 rentals; Casa Xochitl IV (The Garden Room) is for the budget-conscious traveler without compromising safety, cleanliness or security. You’ll get to enjoy the casa’s grounds and plunge pool exactly the same as other guests. The room has a queen bed with high quality linens and table/chairs. The bathroom (just across the courtyard) will be yours alone or will be shared (under 10% of the time) with a maximum of only one other room. “Atrium living” open floor plan concept allows guest use of 2 large dining tables (one on each end of the property) with a large patio, an outdoor kitchenette, landscaping, fish pond, a furnished courtyard in the middle and multi-level rooftop deck areas with seating and hammock. Guests have access to the palapa in the back which has a small sink, fridge, toaster oven, a 2-burner propane cookstove, and large table. We have 3 barbeques grills that may be used (just bring your own mesquite/charcoal). There's a main large dining area in front, as well as the entire patio/courtyard. We also have a multi-level rooftop deck with several seating areas, a hammock, city of La Paz and bay views - it’s a great place to view sunrises, sunsets and the city lights. We’re available on site in person or via text, and will respect your privacy. Taste the real flavor of Mexico! This is an authentic Mexican neighborhood, not “gringoville”. Mini markets and restaurants are just a few blocks walking. City bus line is 3 blocks away that runs every 30 minutes for 12 pesos (.50USD). Uber and taxi service are available as well. Limited on-site parking is available on a first-come basis. However, we highly recommended renting a car. Our main service kitchen is for our own use only due to the small space and many nuances of the kitchen. We do offer a limited small ‘kitchenette’ with a small fridge for all guests to use. We have 2 dogs, Taco the cat-dog, iguanas, geckos, various small lizards , birds and insects... all part of Baja living.
