Roots & Meraki
Roots & Meraki
Description
Located in Pietraroja, a village nestled in the Matese National Park 830 mt a.s.l, the perfect getaway for anyone looking for relax, unspoiled nature and authentic food such as cured ham, artisanal cheeses, carráti (handmade pasta), savory lamb rolls, fresh seasonal veggies, and much more! We are close to Cusano, well known for its Mushroom Festival, held every year in Autumn. A daily bus connects Pietraroja to Naples, making it easy to enjoy both the countryside and the vibrancy of the city. The space Spread over two floors, the house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed and a bright living area on the first floor. Upstairs you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom with its own bathroom. On request, we can add extra beds, making the property perfect for up to 6 guests. Guest access All areas of the house are for the exclusive use of our guests. The only shared space is the entrance, occasionally used by Lina’s mother who runs a small artisan pasta shop on the ground floor. However, the guest house and the pasta shop are separated by a door that can be locked, ensuring complete privacy at all times. During your stay Lina’s family lives nearby and is always available to help with any needs or requests, ensuring support and assistance throughout your stay. Other things to note Lina’s mother is happy to prepare fresh pasta or organize small hands-on workshops, and with prior notice, she can also cook delicious traditional local dishes—making your stay even more authentic.
