Fellside Nook is nestled above various ginnels and characterful old properties (5 -10 mins walk from Kendal Town Centre) and just below the Tram and Serpentine woods which offer lovely walks and hikes up on to the golf course and Cunswick and Scout Scars. Steeped with history, Kendal Market Town offers a variety of independent shops, restaurants, museums, cafes and bars. Kendal is conveniently located for the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales. The space Fellside Nook is a lower ground floor flat and has its own separate entrance to the property and is accessed via a series of steps leading from a ginnel (which is just off the main road). From the spacious hallway leads onto the 3 bedrooms, shower room, fully equipped kitchen and sitting room. The spacious sitting room has patio doors leading to a patio with the lovely views. Guests must take note that the property is accessed via these outside steps. It is not really suited for buggies. Guest access Guests will have use of the whole of the lower ground floor. Other things to note Guests are able to use a visitor parking permit and this can be used when a deposit is made.
