The property has two cozy homes that can sleep up to 14 guests total—perfect for family getaways or trips with friends. You'll have 2 fenced acres all to yourselves, plus a private boat ramp, pier, and parking right at the dock. We also have kayaks and a canoe available so you can paddle around and explore the peaceful cove. The space We do not charge our guests a separate 11% Lake County Transient Occupancy Tax- this is included in the rental cost. Private Boat Launch Lakeside dock: fits 2 boats 2 Fenced in Acres The Oak is a lakefront 5 bedroom home with a large gathering space including a welcoming living room, dining room and open concept kitchen. A patio and lake deck are both wonderful locations to enjoy your family and friends with beautiful expansive, uninterrupted views of the lake and Mt. Konocti. The Oak has a small playroom, board games and many books to keep the little ones entertained. There are two remodeled bathrooms, both with showers inspired by Pinterest. We have 4 sit on top kayaks, 2 sea kayaks and a canoe for our guests with life jackets to borrow. The Fig is our two bedroom cozy cottage that was completely remodeled a few years ago. It has a modern updated kitchen, living room, dining space and sleeps 4 in a queen size and two twin beds with an open concept bedroom space. The Fig has a private patio with lake views. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire property expect the garbage and shop that will be locked. Other things to note Please note: We only rent to guests with previous reviews. This is part of an agreement with our neighbors and the local sheriff’s department to keep things safe and respectful for everyone. Thanks for understanding! Video cameras will be turned off upon guests arrival. Do not leave your boat tied to the floating dock overnight or in rough waters. We are lakefront which means there will be critters. There are deer, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, ducks and other wildlife that frequent the property. We keep the fences at 4 feet so the deer traveling from the mountains to the lake do not get trapped on Highway 20 with no escape. At certain times of the year there may be flying bugs, this is part of the life cycle for the fish in the lake as they provide a food source. Please do not complain if you see a bug, this is expected. If you have a very small dog, please be aware there are resident eagles and large hawks that nest at the end of the cove.
