Designer house- Sun drenched absolute beach front

Our unique, stylish four bedroom home is perfect for a family or two families wanting the ultimate beach front experience, with great "lounge" about areas for all age groups. Having two separate lounges, a ping pong table, wifi, 3 smart TVs, fabulous open fire, heatpumps, plenty of boardgames and children's toys, makes for a great winter holiday..... And......the golf club and tennis courts are only across the road, and the shop and playground a 5-minute walk away. The space This award winning architurally designed beach house has unique features and easily absorbs many people. I host 20 plus houses at Riversdale, but this one is ours, and I am only making it available briefly. The magical sunrises and harvest moons are an absolute treat, right in front of you! There are - 4 bedrooms - beds - king, 3 queens, 3 singles, one cot. - two living areas - one upstairs in the open plan kitchen/living area and another downstairs, set up perfectly for the kids with toys and a ping-pong table. The upstairs living space has an open jetmaster fireplace and heat pumps throughout. There are sliding doors from each space that lead out to four decks - everyone can have their own space! The front door opens to a unique foyer and hall space, leading to the guest wing - consisting of a queen bedroom and a bunkroom - a queen bed and 3 built-in singles. (A cot is available, too) The guest bathroom, second toilet, and laundry are also off the hall. At the top of the hall, the doors open to a magical view of the ocean from the kitchen/living area. The kitchen is completely set up, including an expresso machine for you just to walk in and enjoy! There's a single fridge/freezer upstairs and a stand-up double downstairs. There are decks on both sides of this area, great for catching the afternoon sun. The main bedroom has amazing views from the actual king bed - you won't be disappointed! Another bathroom with a double bath is located on the way downstairs to the second cosy lounge/games area and fourth queen bedroom. There are three smart TVs in the house that all run off WIFI here at the beach. There can be some buffering that can occur, but we find turning the wifi off for five minutes actually helps heaps. Help yourselves to our wetsuits and boogie boards if you feel like a winter swim! There are plenty of board games and outdoor equipment to keep everyone happy. Other things to note All water in Riversdale Beach is collected from rain water into tanks. We all drink it, and there is a filtered tap in the kitchen, but not treated. So if this is a problem for you, please bring your own. We just boil it for babies. If the electricity goes off, which in the country periodically does, this turns the pump off......which means no water, no flushing loo. So we keep a bucket in the showers to fill to use for flushing. There is emergency water in the small tank on the deck beside the BBQ......just fill up the pots, etc, on the gas top. Light the gas by matches. Use the BBQ for cooking on. Candles are in the cupboard above the washing machine. Make it an adventure! The wood is kept under the front deck, and kindling to start the fire is in the shed and fire lighters above the fire.
