Within a 5-minute walk, enjoy a variety of shops and cafes, or visit the weekly farmers' market on the Brunnenplatz. Sports enthusiasts can reach the Merano 2000 ski area in 10 minutes by car, while the center of Merano is a 15-20 minutes walk. The space The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via an external staircase. On the first floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a cozy balcony, and a toilet. A wooden staircase leads you to the two comfortable bedrooms, both of which have a balcony, and a stylish bathroom. One of the rooms is equipped with a desk to make your stay as productive as possible.
